2 lbs. Hash Brown Potatoes
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 Cups Sour Cream
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1/3 Cup Green Onions Chopped
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Cups Corn Flakes, crushed
1/4 Cup Butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, Coat a 13 X 9 baking dish with nonstick spray. Whisk together soup, sour cream, salt and pepper. Stir in cheese, onion and hash browns until well mixed. Spoon evenly into baking dish. Mix together corn flakes and butter. Sprinkle over hash brown mixture. Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Bet rest 5 minutes before serving.

This is another recipe I got from Cuzzin Ben's wife Peggy. She and her sisters and Mom would cater the church banquets, therefore the name Church Potatoes. They attend Fresno United Methodist Church in Fresno, Ohio
