1 Bunch Fresh Broccoli cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 Head Cauliflower cut into bite-size pieces
4 Slices chopped cooked Bacon
1/2 Cup sliced Red Onion
You can add whatever vegetable you care to add, some people add craisins, pecans carrots, etc.

Dressing:
1 Cup Miracle Whip
1/4 Cup Sugar
2 T red Wine Vinegar ( substitute apple cider vinegar if you prefer)
Some recipes add 1/3 Cup Sour Cream, 1/4 tsp. black pepper and 1/4 tsp. salt

Clean vegetables and cut in bite-size pieces, place in large bowl. Whisk all the ingredients for the dressing together in a small bowl. Pour half the dressing over the vegetables and toss. Keep the remainder of the dressing in fridge. Before serving salad check to see if more dressing is needed.

I got this recipe from Cuzzin Ben's wife Peggy. Her Mom made this recipe with the 3 ingredient dressing using Miracle Whip, Sugar, and Red Wine Vinegar, I always thought her recipe had a better taste than other dressings I've had on broccoli salad.
