1 20 Ounce Can Crushed Pineapple
1 15 Ounce Can Tropical Fruit
1 Package Orange Cake Mix
1 1/2 Sticks Butter, melted
1/2 Cup Instant Oatmeal
1 Cup Coconut Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dump both cans of fruit and juices into a 9' X13" Pyrex baking dish.
Pour dry cake mix on top spreading evenly over the fruit. Mix oatmeal and coconut together and spread evenly over the cake mix. Melt butter and pour evenly on top making sure to cover the entire cake. Bake for one hour. Does not need icing, but if you want you can dust with powdered sugar.

My Mom loved this cake, she is the only person in my family that likes coconut, so I would try to make her a dessert that had coconut in it. My personal preference would be to leave the coconut out completely.
