I Box White Cake Mix 18.25 oz.
3 Large Eggs
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Medium Bananas Mashed (1 cup)
1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Chocolate Frosting:
1 Stick Butter
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
3/4 Cup Water
1 Cup Sugar
1 Heaping Cup Cocoa Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 300 degrees. Butter two 8 inch round cake pans, line with parchment paper and butter top of parchment. Dust lightly with flour and tap out excess. In a bowl, beat together cake mix, eggs and 1/2 cup of water with electric mixer on low for one minute. Scrape down bowl. Mix on medium speed for two minutes. Turn mixer back to low, slowly add rest of water. Mix in oil, bananas and chocolate chips. Pour mixture into prepared pans and bake until top of cake springs back when touched, and sides of the cake have just begun to pull away from sides of pan. Cool cake and frost with chocolate frosting.
Frosting:
In the top of a double boiler over simmer water, place the butter, vegetable oil, chocolate chips and water. Melt and mix together. Remove from heat. Add 1 cup of sugar, mix well. Add a heaping cup of cocoa powder and beat in well. Place mixture in refrigerator and cool until spreading consistency.

I was out with friends from high school and one girl ordered this dessert, she kept talking about how good it was so 6 of us ate one piece of cake and it was delicious. She later acquired this recipe and passed it along to each of us that devoured her dessert.
