1 12 oz - Can of pink salmon - boned and skinned
1 8 oz - Cream Cheese - softened to room temperature
White Horseradish grated - to taste
Fresh Dill or Parsley finely chopped
Crackers or mini-rye cocktail bread

Directions:
Directions:
Take out bones and skin the salmon, mash with fork with the cream cheese and add horseradish to taste.

Take a sheet of wax paper and sprinkle dill or parsley on paper. Spoon mixture onto the herbs and roll to make a log. Wrap wax paper around it and chill in fridge. Serve with crackers or cocktail breads.

This recipe was one my Mom (Miriam) used to make and bring. Sometimes she would make the log other times she would place it in to a mold for a fancier shape.
