1 3 lb. roast (arm, rump, shoulder)
8-10 potatoes (peeled and cut in quarters)
3/4 bag small carrots
1 packet of Onion Soup Mix
1 c. French Onion Soup (Campbell's)
1 package beef gravy (powder)

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in crock pot, place cut and quartered potatoes around roast, add carrots. Pour package of onion soup mix, can of French Onion Soup and brown gravy mix. Cover with water and cook about 8 hours. I start it out on high and then turn down before leaving for work.
