1 lb. boneless skinless chicken tenders
1 can (6 oz.) pineapple juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. minced fresh ginger
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. molasses or syrup
2 c. hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except rice in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours. Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
