8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/2 envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 8oz package fat free cream cheese
1 10.75oz can fat free cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chopped green onion tops (green part only)
1/3 cup dry white wine or chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken breasts in a lightly greased 2 quart baking dish. Combine salad dressing mix, cream cheese and soup in a small saucepan or in a microwave-safe container; heat and stir until well blended. Stir in green onion tops and wine. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake 1 hour.
