2 cups chunky-style spaghetti sauce
1/3 cup water
1 9oz package refrigerated ravioli (cheese or meat filled)
1 egg, beaten
1 15oz carton fat-free ricotta cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesean or Romano cheese
1 10oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and very well drained.

Combine spaghetti sauce and water in a 10-inch skillet; bring to a boil. Stir in ravioli. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until ravioli is nearly tender, stirring mixture once to prevent sticking.

Combine egg, ricotta, and Parmesan in a medium mixing bowl; stir well with a fork. Dot ravioli with spinach. Spoon ricotta mixture on top. Cover and cook over low heat about 10 minutes or until ricotta layer is set and pasta is just tender.
