25-30 small cucumbers
8 large onions
8 large sweet peppers
1/2 c. canning salt


5 c. white vinegar
5 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Cut onions, cumber, and peppers. Add salt and put in refrigerator for 3 hours. Stir occasionally. Drain.


Mix ingredients in a large pot. Bring to boil. Add cucumbers, onions, and pepper into pot. Lower temperature of stove and let it get hot, but do not boil. Stir 5 minutes. Place into hot jars and cover with liquid. Seal
