Part I
1 cup warm water
1 pkg yeast
1 tlbs sugar

Part II
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup shortening
2 tlbs vinegar
2 tlbs salt
9 cups warm water
1 bag flour, approximately 11 cups


Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Part I in small bowl for 10 minute. Add shortening and sugar to 9 cups water to dissolve. Add yeast mixture, flour, vinegar and salt to form a soft dough. Knead. Let rise until double in size and knead down. Let rise a second time. Knead down and put in greased loaf pans and let rise. Bake 350º for 30 minutes.
