2 oz bourbon
1 white sugar cube
Angostura bitters
club soda

Directions:
Directions:
Place the sugar cube in the base of an old-fashioned glass. Soak with the bitters and a dash of soda water. Crush the sugar with the back of a spoon. Add one third of the bourbon and two ice cubes; stir. Add more ice and another third of the bourbon; stir. Add more ice and the final third of the bourbon; stir. Decorate with a half slice of orange and a cherry. Serve with a stirrer.
