cup chopped green pepper
cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
lb. ground bee
1 (1 lb) can tomatoes
cup hot water
⅔ cup Minute Rice
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, melt margarine. Add ground beef, green pepper and onion. Cook until beef is browned. Reduce temperature slightly. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, hot water, Minute Rice and seasonings. Cover and cook 10 minutes.
