3 cups thinly sliced zucchini
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
cup finely chopped onion
cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
tsp. salt
2 Tbsp snipped parsley
tsp.seasoned salt
tsp. oregano leaves
dash of pepper
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
cup vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9 X 13 X 2 inch baking pan. Mix all ingredients together and spread in pan. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
