1 pkg Bread & Roll Mix
5 cups warm water
1 pkg yeast plus 1 from mix
2 cups raisins
1 cup coconut
½ cup ground almonds
1 cup nuts of choice small pieces
2 tlbs vanilla
2 tsp each cloves, nutmeg and all spice

Cinnamon & Sugar mixed together to spread on rolled out dough.

Add yeast to water and set for 10 minutes. Add all other ingredients and bread & roll mix plus enough flour to make dough not sticky. Could be 5 or 6 cups flour. Knead and let rise for about 2 hours until double in size. Knead bread and roll out for individual loaves. Spread butter on each and add cinnamon and sugar, then roll up like jelly roll and put in greased loaf pans to rise again for couple hours. Bake 375 for 30 minutes. Grease top of loaves once out of oven. Makes 6 plus loaves depending on size of pans.
