2 - 3 cups shredded pork
1 jar southwest salsa (with beans, corn, etc)
1 pkg. Krusteaz cornbread mix
½ pkg. frozen corn

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pork and salsa in bottom of 9" pie plate.
Mix cornbread according to package directions.
Microwave corn for 3 minutes. Add to cornbread mix.
Spoon cornbread batter on top of pork/salsa mixture.
Bake at 400º until cornbread is cooked through.
