1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter
24 ounces cream cheese
1 cup dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into 9 inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350. Remove crust and increase oven temperature to 450.

At medium speed, thoroughly blend cheese, sugar and flour. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour over crust. Reduce temperature to 300 and bake 45 to 50 minutes. Loosen edges of cake and cool in pan before removing rim of pan. Brush with maple syrup and sprinkle with additional pecans.
