Ingredients:

1 32 ounce bag frozen hash browns or potatoes O'Brien
1 can potato soup
1 stick butter melted
1 8 ounce carton sour cream
2 cups grated cheese
1 chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Pour into l9x13 casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 50 minutes at 350.
