6 medium potatoes
1 small onion, minced
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 small clove garlic, pressed (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub the potatoes, then boil whole until tender. Cool the potatoes, then cube. In mixing bowl gently mix potatoes, onion and egg. Blend the yogurt, vinegar, spices and garlic, then tie into the potato mixture. Chill thoroughly about 2 hours. Toss gently before serving and garnishing with cherry tomatoes or parsley sprigs.
