1 small pkg. Jello
⅔ c. hot water
1 small can evaporated milk
¼ c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Stir first 2 ingredients together until dissolved and chill until shaky.

Chill the evaporated milk in a bowl in the freezer until almost frozen. Whip until stiff and add the sugar. Beat it into the milk. Pour the chilled Jello into the milk mixture and whip until smooth. Fold in fruit, if desired.

Pour the mixture into graham cracker crust and chill.
