4 tbsp. flour (heaping)
1 c. milk
1 stick butter or margarine
½ c. shortening
1 cup sugar
1-2 teas. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook flour and milk until thickened, stirring constantly. (It will be very thick.) Cover and refrigerate until completely cool. Cream the butter, shortening and sugar with mixer until well blended. Add vanilla and beat again. Add the flour mixture and beat until fluffy!
