1 pkg. granular yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. water, warm
3 c. flour
tsp. salt
2 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Beat in the flour. Add salt, oil, and remaining flour. Mix well. Knead until smooth, adding more flour if needed. Place in a lightly oiled bowl. turn dough, so ball is completed covered in oil. Cover, and let rise in a warm place (85-90) until doubled. Punch down, divide dough in half. Makes 2- 8 x 12 rectangle pans. Brush with oil. Add toppings. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
