4 pig cheeks or 1 pork shoulder
salt and pepper to taste
Old fashioned oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Completely cover cheeks or pork shoulder with water and salt and pepper. Boil until done. Take out meat, saving juice. Grind meat up and add it back to the juice. Add oatmeal slowly to absorb liquid, or until mixture is thickened. Refrigerate until firm. Pour in pans, slice, and fry. Serve with maple syrup.
