1 Cup (2 sticks) Butter
1 Cup Coca-Cola
2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
2 heaping tsps. Hershey's Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 tsps. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
1 Cup Mini Marshmallows
1 tsp. Vanilla
Frosting:
1 Cup Butter, softened
3 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
2 heaping tsps. Cocoa Powder
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 Cup (or more) Coca-Cola

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a saucepan, combine Coke and butter and over medium low heat, melt the butter, set aside to cool. In another bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and buttermilk together, Beat the dry ingredients alternately with the coke mixture into the eggs and buttermilk, ending with the dry ingredients. Stir the min marshmallows and the vanilla into the batter. Grease and flour a 9' X 13" pan, pour batter in pans bake for 45 minutes or until cake tests done in the center and the sides are slightly browned and start to pull away from the sides. Let cool in pan For the Frosting. In a large bowl, cream the butter and beat in the powdered sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla/\. Add enough coke to make a smooth spreadable batter. Ice the cooled cake in the pan with the frosting.
