8 to 10 cups diced potatoes
16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 package bacon, cooked and torn into large bits
1/2 cup green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine, and place in a 3 quart casserole dish. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender. Top with additional cheese, if desired.
