2 boxes spinach, cooked and squeezed
2 cups Pepperidge Farm fine stuffing mix or seasoned dry bread crumbs
2 large onions, finely chopped
6 eggs
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon Accent
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup melted butter
3/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and chill. Shape in balls. Freeze. Bake frozen on a greased cookie sheet at 350º for 15-20 minutes. Makes 60-80 balls.
