Momma Bear


6-8 Chicken Thigh/Legs
1/4 cup White Wine, Rose, Beer, Champagne
1-2 Lemons Juiced
1/2 Onion Thinly Sliced
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
Freshly Ground:
2-3 Whole Bay Leaves
1 Tbsp Butter
Carrots- if you want to do your veggies in it

1. Peel Skin off chicken or of chicken. Pull off extra fat also. Place chicken in large casserole dish
2. Broil until the skin browns or blackens. Flip Chicken and repeat
3. Add sliced onions on top, broil again until partially blackened
4. Remove from oven. Turn oven temp to 375
5. Pour white wine and lemon juice on chicken. Situate carrots in bottom of pan between chicken. Top with herbs and garlic. Slice butter into small pieces and place on top of chicken as well.
6. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake for 45 mins
7. Serve with quinoa, orzo, pasta, or rice. The sauce in the pan is to be drizzled on chicken and your pasta or rice
