1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 cup biscuit mix
2 tbs. Yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup paprika
1/2 tsp. Dry mustard
1/8 tsp. Cayenne
1 lb. Frankfurters
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together then roll frankfurter in batter. Fry 2 or 3 minutes in 350 degree oil. If you need to reheat place in 400 degree oven for about 5 minutes
