1lb lasagna noodles, cooked
2 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cans (15 oz) tomato sauce, divided
2 t oregano
1 t salt
8 oz each, sharp, monterrey jack, and mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Brown meat, push to side, and sauce onions slightly. Drain fat. Stir in 2 cans of tomato sauce, salt and oregano. Simmer 10 minutes (mix cheeses together in a separate bowl).

Spread 1/2 can of tomato sauce on bottom of 13X9 baking dish. Then, layer of noodles, 1/2 of meat, and sprinkle 1/3 of cheeses. Do another layer of noodles, other half of meat, and 1/3 cheese. Add final layer of noodles, rest of tomato sauce, and last 1/3 of cheese. Cover with buttered foil. Bake 375 for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
