Cooked chicken tenders or nuggets
1 32-oz. carton ricotta cheese
2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 c. grated mozzarella cheese
2 T Italian seasoning
Salt to taste
3 jars marinara sauce
1 box cooked pasta shells

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook the pasta shells according to package directions. In medium size bowl add ricotta, Parmesan, half the mozzarella, Italian seasoning and salt and stir well. In a casserole dish, spread some marinara sauce to cover the bottom of the dish. Fill cooked shells with the cheese mixture and place in the casserole dish. Add a chicken nugget or tender to each one. Pour marinara sauce over the shells and top with remaining mozzarella. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
