1 ½ lb Ground Beef (or Turkey)
1 Can Lucks Mixed Beans (PIntos and Great Northern)
1 Can of Black Beans
1 Can of Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
1 Can Tomatoes with Green Chilies or another can of Fire Roasted Tomatoes
1-2 Cups Frozen or Canned Sweet Yellow and White Corn
1/2 Red Onion (optional)
1/2 Red Pepper (optional)
2 cloves Garlic (optional)
1 T Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder (to taste--unsweetened)
2-McCormick Seasoning Packets (or Carroll Shelby's Chili Kit)

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan, saute onions, garlic and red pepper (or whatever leftover raw vegetable you have around). This step is optional. Add ground beef and brown.

Add beef mixture and all other ingredients to crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with Avocado, Sour Cream, Cheese, Chips or Crackers.
