1 lb ground beef
2-3 cups of chopped vegetables (onion, peppers, corn, frozen mixed veggies, etc)
1 cup salsa or pico de gallo
Cooked rice, tortillas, or tortilla chips
Shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Option 1: Cook the ground beef, vegetables, and salsa/pico de gallo in a crock pot on low all day. Serve with rice, tortillas, or chips and shredded cheese.
Option 2: Brown the ground beef, add the vegetables and salsa and cook for another 5-10 minutes until the vegetables are done. Serve with rice, tortillas, or chips and shredded cheese.
