Baked pie crust
1 cup fresh blueberries (4-5 cups total)
2/3 cup water
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/3 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 cup blueberries, 2/3 cup water, and cinnamon and put in sauce pan.
Blend together sugar, cornstarch, and water, add to blueberry mixture and boil 2-3 minutes until thickened.
Pour into baked pie shell over 3-4 cups fresh blueberries.
Let stand before serving.
Keep in refrigerator.

I think the cinnamon is what sets this pie apart from others! I'm not usually a pie person, but I really like this one!
