Baked pie crust
3/4 c sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water
4 c blueberries
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt in sauce pan. Add water and 2 cups blueberries*. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and is thickened and clear (mixture will be very thick). Remove from heat and stir in butter and lemon juice, cool. Place remaining blueberries (2 cups raw) in pie shell. Top with cooked berry mixture and chill.
