1 Box of Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 Cup (1 stick) of Butter (or Margarine)
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 Granny Smith Apples
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix and butter together to make crust. Reserve 2/3 cup of mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture into the bottom of a 9"x13" pan.

In a separate small bowl mix brown sugar and cinnamon with reserved crust topping mix.

Peel and slice apples arrange on top of crust.

In another small bowl mix 1-cup of sour cream and 1 egg together and pour over the apples evenly.

Sprinkle brown sugar topping over apples and bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until topping is brown and bubbly.

This is another Christmas Holiday family favorite, although my kids like to pick the apples out and just enjoy the crust.
