⅔ c. Flour
¼ c. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
½ c. Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Powder
⅛ tsp. Fine Salt
½ c. Sour Cream
1 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
⅓ c. Finely Chopped Milk Chocolate
4 tbsp. Unsalted Butter (Melted and Cooled)

Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly spray a 6 cup donut pan. Whisk the flour cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl until well blended. Whisk the sour cream, egg and vanilla in a small bowl until blended. Pour the liquid over the dry ingredients along with the chopped chocolate and melted butter. Using a spatula, gently fold until just blended. Scrape the mixture into a small pastry bag or a large baggie. Snip of the end and pipe the dough into the into donut pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then glaze.
 

Donut Glaze

2 tbsp. Heavy Cream (Plus More As Needed)
Sprinkles (If Desired)

For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and heavy cream in a small bowl. Add more cream a little at a time until glaze is smooth and very thick. Using a small offset spatula, spread some of the glaze over the tops of the cooled donuts, and (if desired) top with sprinkles.
