1 Lb. Ground Beef
2/3 C. milk, any kind, even evaporated
2 T.onion soup mix,dry
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1 egg
2 T.Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp.Mustard,dry
2 T. Ketchup

Directions:
in 1 or 1 1/2 qt.loaf dish, combine the ground beef, milk, onion soup mix, salt, & egg. Press evenly in pan. In a small measuring cup or any cup, mix the brown sugar, mustard, & ketchup. Spread this mixture on top of the meatloaf. cover meatloaf & bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min. Remove cover and bake additional 15 min.

this recipe can be doubled or tripled easily. Just increase baking time when making multipule loafs.
