1-1 1/2 # hamburger
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 small-medium onion, chopped
1 small can mushrooms
1 can beef broth (not bouillon)
5-8 oz. uncooked medium width noodles
c. water
1 T. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with onion and celery.

Add the next 5 ingredients and cook until noodles are al dente or to your taste. Then stir in 8 oz. of sour cream. (1 t. of mustard is optional.) Continue to heat for another minute or two.

Comments: Quick, easy, and tasty. Serve with a salad and a hot vegetable.
