1 c. flour
1 stick margarine
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. cool whip, divided
1 c. confectionary sugar
2 pkgs. instant lemon pudding
3 c. mik

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, margarine and nuts into a 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350º for 10 to 15 minutes and allow to cool.

Next, mix cream cheese, 1 c. cool whip and confectionary sugar together; spread onto cooled crust. Beat together the lemon pudding and milk until firm. Spread pudding layer over top of the last layer and add cool whip as a frosting. Chill until ready to serve.
