1 1/2 c. cooked white or brown rice
1/2 c. maple syrup
3 lg. eggs, beaten
2 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. chopped apples or raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a greased quart-sized casserole dish. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Serve warm with whipped cream.
