1 ¾ c. white sugar
1 ½ c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
8 c. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 1 cup of cold water. Bring to a boil to dissolve the sugar.

Allow to cool to room temperature. Then cover and refrigerate until chilled.

Remove seeds from lemon juice, but leave the pulp.

In a pitcher, stir together chilled sugar syrup, lemon juice, and remaining 7 cups of cold water.

Serve over ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
