Ingredients:  
3 lbs. chili meat
2 onions, chopped
5 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 cans Rotel tomatoes, one regular and one hot
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Seasoning salt
Salt and pepper
¼ c. chili powder (use more if you like more spice as I usually do)
1 large can Ranch Style Beans
1 small can Ranch Style Beans
Tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onions and garlic.
Brown chili meat with onions and garlic in a large pot until completely browned.
Add Rotel tomatoes and chopped jalapenos.
Add seasoning salt, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
Cover with tomato juice and simmer for two hours.
Add beans and simmer for one additional hour.

Serve with grated cheese, chopped onions, and crackers.
