1 stick of butter
2 T corn syrup
1 c packed brown sugar
French baguette, cut into 1" pieces
1 1/2 c milk
5 eggs
1 T vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, corn syrup and packed brown sugar together.

Pour in bottom of 9 X 13" pan.

Pack as many baguette pieces as possible to completely cover bottom of pan. Can cut pieces to help fill in the gaps.

Blend milk, eggs, and vanilla for 3 mins

Pour mixture over bread.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake uncovered at 350º F for 30 mins or until eggs seem cooked.

To serve, place pan upside down on dish. Remove pan.
