2-3 cloves garlic (minced)
Salt ( Pinch and to taste)
1 tsp dry mustard
1 Tbs lemon juice
3 Tbs olive oil
5 shakes Tabasco (more if desired)
2oz egg beaters
1 can anchovies (drained)
3 bunches Romaine lettuce
3 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese
½ C croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Rub 1-2 cloves of garlic and a pinch of salt around the inside of a wooden salad bowl. Add 1 clove garlic, salt (to taste), mustard, lemon juice, Tabasco, olive oil, anchovies, and egg beaters into blender and blend until all ingredients are well mixed. Wash and dry lettuce and tear leaves into bite size pieces and place in salad bowl. Pour salad dressing over lettuce, making sure to mix lettuce leaves as pour so all leaves get coated. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and add crouton. Mix well and serve immediately!
