2 tsp onion (finely chopped)
1 med clove garlic (finely chopped)
3 Tbs butter
2 Tbs flour
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp Old Bay
1 tsp Worcestershire
Dash hot pepper
4 C light cream (or half & half)
1 lb crab meat

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions and garlic. Blend in flour. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add salt, pepper, Old Bay, Worcestershire and hot pepper. Add cream (you may mix a little milk to replace cream). Then add crab meat and cook over low heat until hot.
