½ a whole chicken (with bones)
3 carrots
2 celery stalks
2 small onions
2 garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
Parsley (hand full)
3 C of Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Place above ingredients in pot and add water so everything is covered. Cook for approximate 2 hours on simmer. Once meat is soft, remove from water and de-bone. While cutting up chicken, throw in noodles. If soup is too watery, add a chicken bouillon.
