2 pkg Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
1 pkg Mrs. Gross instant veg. soup mix
8oz cream cheese
8oz sour cream
1 head broccoli (finely chopped)
1 head cauliflower (finely chopped)
1-2 carrots (finely chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Open crescent rolls and lay them out flat on cookie sheet to form a rectangle. Be sure to pinch together the ends and bake until golden brown, about 6-10 minutes at 350. Beat together cream cheese and sour cream. Once smooth add soup mixture. Spread this mixture over cooled crust. Top with the vegetables. Cut into small squares and serve chilled.
