1 lb ground beef
1 garlic clove
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 medium onion, finely choppped
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
1 large egg, beaten
3 T tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix with your hands. Scoop out the mixture in healing tablespoons and form into 2 inch balls. Place in baking pan or baking sheet and cook in oreheated 375 degree oven until they are cooked through (approximately 20 minutes depending on size of meatballs).
