2 (10oz) pkg frozen spinach
3 C Pepperidge Farm Herb stuffing mix
1 sm onion (chopped)
6 eggs (beaten)
¾ C butter (melted)
½ C grated cheddar cheese
1½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
1 can (4oz) chopped mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach and drain well. Squeeze thoroughly to remove excess water. Place into mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients. Mix well and shape into small balls. Place balls onto greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 325°.
