6 hard boiled eggs
2 tsp mustard
1/8 tsp pepper
3 Tbs mayonnaise
1 ½ tsp vinegar
½ tsp Worcestershire
½ tsp onion (finely chopped)
3 splashes Tobasco sauce
Paprika

Cut eggs in half on the long side. Remove the egg yokes and put them in a bowl. Combine the next seven ingredients with the egg yokes. Mix well until smooth. Refill the egg whites with the new mixture and top with Paprika.
